Group Presentations can be both fun and informative. They are many formats and items that can be included to make a topic fun.
1. Select your group mates or teammates.
2. Pick your topic. This should be discussed in first meeting and decided on by second or gramar meeting at the latest.
3. Choose your format for the presentation. Decide whether you will use visual aids and how many. Will it be interactive or include audience participation.
4. Write the presentation. Think of who your audience is and what they want to hear and what they like. If these are classmates or colleagues think what would you like to hear. If these are clients, bosses other people who you don't know as well keep the tone professional and business like (this includes your visuals and interactive if you have them)
5. Make sure that each group member has a part of the presentation to speak on of their own choosing that they feel comfortable with as this will make them a stronger and more persuasive presenter.
6. Create a strong memorable closing.

* If you choose PowerPoint as your visual keep the slide color and text colors easy to read, no more than four points per slide, and only one line of text per point. Remember PowerPoint is supposed to cue you as to what you want to talk on next; not be the presentation itself after all if they want to read it they could have instead the audience wants to hear you.
* If you are using audience participation keep it simple and short or you might lose the audience. If you are talking about a product bring it in. If you are talking about a process bring in pictures of the process. If you want to ask them their standing on the issues keep the questions few, simple, and directed.
* Remember we all at some point in our lives have done public speaking, we all know how it feels, so try to calm down and don't stress. They are there to hear you speak on the topic.
* Make the appearance of eye contact. Look at their foreheads. or noses.
* Be yourself.
* Smile.
